Mr. Buckley has been in practice for 30 years in Clark County. He has tried cases
from traffic infractions (tickets) to homicides. That includes Domestic Violence
crimes and both, misdemeanor and felony charges. He has extensive experience
in defending all types of drug cases. He has handled hundreds of Driving Under
the Influence cases. He handles all sexual offenses. Do not face the legal system
without competent legal assistance.

Personal Injury
You may make an appointment at no cost to discuss your case. You should not
agree to any settlement with an insurer without first discussing the offer with an
experienced attorney. Insurance companies have attorneys that they rely on and so
should you. We will not charge you until you receive compensation for your injuries.

Real Estate
In the real estate market today no one should buy or sell a home without seeking
experienced help. Relying on representations of the other party can be a big
mistake. Is there a boundary dispute with a neighbor? Does the house have
unseen damages such as dry rot or insect problems? Can you rely on the seller to
