MR. BUCKLEY

CHARLES H. BUCKLEY JR.
Mr. Buckley has been practicing law since being admitted to the Washington State
Bar in 1979. He is a member of the Clark County Bar Association, the American
Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, Washington State Trial
Lawyers Association, Public Defenders Association, and is admitted to practice
before the U.S. District Court for the Western District Court of Washington and
admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. He is a graduate of
Pepperdine University Law School, received his undergraduate degree at
California State University at Long Beach and attended graduate school at
University of California Los Angeles.

He is a Vietnam Veteran, having served in the United States Marine Corps. He is
a former board member of the Clark County Bar Association and a board
member of Janus Youth Programs, Inc. He is a board member of the Clark
County Volunteer Lawyers. He has served as a member of the Washington
State Bar Associate Pro Bono and Legal Aid Committee.

He is currently involved in establishing a Homeless Court in Clark County through
Clark County Volunteer Lawyers. He takes an active role in the annual Clark
County Mock Trial event, which is an educational competition for high school
students. He is vice president of the NW Veterans Club, which is a non-profit
Veterans organization. He is married with three children.

Mr. Buckley’s main areas of practice are Criminal Law, Real Estate, Probate, and
Personal Injury.
